Ray F. Bokelman
President
In 1984, working alongside of his father, Ray completed electroplating training at Milton Weiner Labs and NMTA Machining School. In 1991 at 25 years of age, Ray received an “Award of Merit” from the NAMF in recognition of meritorious service and achievement on behalf of the job shop metal finishing industry. Ray is the third generation in his family to succeed in the hard chrome plating industry. Ray is a certified F.A.A. Repairman and brings extraordinary knowledge and experience to the most complex jobs.
RJ Bokelman
General Manager
RJ is a certified F.A.A. Repairman with over 15 years’ experience at Chromal Plating Company. Specializing in Process control, chemical analysis, quality control and safety training. RJ is the fourth generation in the family to succeed in Hard Chrome plating. He works side by side with employees and the management team to plan and problem solve for success on every job.
Ernie J. Carmona
Operation’s Manager
Ernie is a certified F.A.A. Repairman with over 33 years’ experience at Chromal Plating Company. Ernie is certified in Total Quality Management and does an exceptional job being responsible for production control, job planning, and customer service. Besides being a great communicator, Ernie is very knowledgeable and experienced in handling difficult jobs.
Robin E. Osborn
Chief Financial Officer
Employed since 1984, Robin oversees all financial aspects of Chromal Plating Company. She is responsible for preparing, and adhering to, a 5-year financial plan. Robin oversees all human resources and administrative functions. She has a strong sense for Sales and Marketing and works creatively to keep updating the company’s marketing tools and website.
